When building the Greenhouse IT Team, Managing Partners, Simon Binder and Chris Zawacki set out to create an environment that was driven by the customer experience. Our team is comprised of professional project managers, service engineers, account executives and technicians who bring with them a range of experience which benefits all of our clients. Our project managers complete Project Management Institute training and our technical staff members follow a variety of certification paths.
To ensure that our team is effectively and efficiently serving the needs of our clients, our training program ensures that each member of the Greenhouse IT team is prepared to handle any issue that arises. Every problem we solve includes a feedback survey which allows our clients to provide us with real time service reviews. Not only are we able to monitor our performance with tangible results, but we give each person we serve a forum to voice their opinion.
